Description
The nonwoven carding machine SR-232G-25 belongs to nonwoven fabric machines. It is used for fully
carding the fiber batt following opening and blending, then forming parallel or random web through
doffer and random if required, which is then supplied to the next processes. The carding machines
cover all types of fiber, synthetic and natural fibers etc., from very fine to very coarse deniers, fiber
length up to 120mm.
This machine is suitable to card PP, PET, PVA, bi-component fiber to form web.
The cylinders, doffers, working rollers, stripped rollers, and random rollers are all accurately manufactured, shaped and modulated.
Equipped with random rollers after doffers. The output is controlled by inverter motor.
The card cloth adopt domestic famous brand, and the final product decides the specification.

Fiber Feeding: equipped with the anti-metal protection device at the material entrance of the machine, the 4 rollers wrapped metal card cloth were matched up and down
unit, there is 2 units. There into the bearing seat of the up roller of the first feeding unit and the driving worm wheel are nylon parts. It could be used to check the metal
and have the functions of auto-stop alarm and back the machine.
The main bearings adopt Thomlinson American brand or equivalent , the main motors of cylinder adopt inverter timing.
The feeding roller is controlled by inverter.
The cylinder and doffer are castings and the other rollers are made of seamless steel tube.
Every roller’s column degree is less than 0.05mm, keep the movement in balance.
