BALE OPENER SRKB

Description

The bale opener SRKB belongs to nonwoven fabric
machines. It is used to open and electronically weigh the
correct proportion of fiber. The materials are evenly paved
on the long curtain. Several sets maybe combined
together depends on the number of fiber types to be
blended together. It is also called bale opening
machines.

The machine is used to open non-opened fiber, then
transfer the fiber to the next working procedure according
to a certainty percentage.
The frame of this machine is welded by high quality
carbonaceous steel with δ8mm thickness, and level off (a
kind of process to make the surface smoothly).
The diameter for front and back beaters is φ310mm, and
the surface is fixed by 3 nail-stick screw;
Adopt two hoppers in close& open style; the machine has
electronic weighing system; use photo electricity to interlock control, and works simultaneously with the feeding
lattice of opener.
The end of beater axes adopts protect-tray to against the
fiber tangling.
The motor for lifting of spiked lattice controlled by 1.5kw
inverter.
Motor for conveyor lattice: 1.5kw normal motor.
Motor for stripping rollers are normal motor
