The needle loom SRGZ-II belongs to nonwoven fabric machines. It is used to bond Carded Webs mechanically, Carded and Cross lapped webs, also
fiber pads from the Airplay system. Entra oil lubrication circulation and cooling system complete with pressure and temperature alarm systems.
Magnesium alloy/PU combined needle board locked firmly by lock-bolt or air tube; multi random computer needling methods for needle board.
Needle beam’ movement is controlled by the electronic
worm wheel, depth meter display.
Input and output roller’s motor and the main motor are
transducer controlled.
Stripping board are electronic worm wheel controlled.
Main axle’s bearings are imported from Germany, FAG.
Main axle’s are of #40 qualitatively treated steel Cr
The main structure is same as DILO .
Automatic pneumatic change needle board.
Lubrication will be done by oil pump attached in the
needle loom automatically.
